A quick and versatile recipe for a wonderful family breakfast.
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups milk
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup blackberries or sliced apples, pears, peaches, raspberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in 9×13 pan while oven preheats. In a blender mix flour, milk and eggs. Once butter melts, (Optional: add brown sugar, cinnamon and blackberries to pan) and then pour batter on top of fruit and melted butter. Bake for 20-30 minutes until puffy.
