Enriched Oatmeal

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- sugar, spice or jam Apple butter is delicious, brown sugar & cinnamon, whatever you like.
Mix eggs, milk & water.
Add liquid ingredients, salt and oats to a saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a boil. Put the lid on the pan and turn off the heat. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Stir in the butter until it melts.
Add flavorings to the whole pan or let people pick what flavor they want and add it to their individual bowls.
