I began doing investment cooking in January 1999. I have found that not only is it a money saver, it is also a wonderful treat to be able to pull out dishes that only need to be heated.
Now with 6 children it is even more necessary to have meals that are easily pulled together. I still enjoy cooking dinner from scratch but by having meals in the freezer, I can cook when our schedule allows. That way I enjoy it even more.
